Raleigh is authorizing an option-to-lease agreement with Low Income Investment Fund for nine City-owned sites used in a 25‑unit scattered-site affordable housing project. If the Southeast Raleigh Promise Housing LLC lease ends early, LIIF could lease the properties for the remaining 75‑year term at $1.00 per year to protect project financing.
