Pierce County intends to execute an agreement with A & R Construction Co for the Plainview South, Plainview South 2, and Osmond Northwest projects under JEO Project Nos. 251704, 241112, and 251706. The Chairman will be authorized to sign the Agreement, Notice of Award, and Notice to Proceed for these road construction projects.
