EQB Advances MAX Environmental Delisting Petitions

The Environmental Quality Board acknowledged prior receipt and evaluation of two hazardous waste delisting petitions submitted by Key Environmental, Inc. on behalf of MAX Environmental Technologies, Inc. for its Bulger and Yukon facilities. The Board voted unanimously to move these petitions forward into the rulemaking process, which may eventually codify the delisting of certain F039 hazardous wastes at the facilities.
