County Secures Free Tower Space from Vertical Bridge

In approving a conditional use permit for a new 195-foot communications tower, the Board accepted a proffer from The Towers LLC d/b/a Vertical Bridge granting the County rent-free tower and ground space for public safety communication equipment. The County will cover construction and permitting costs and execute Vertical Bridge’s standard lease at a zero rental rate.
