Contract amount

NHA shall receive all School Revenues as its services fee; no fixed dollar amount specified. NHA shall also provide start-up funds and may make contributions if School expenses exceed Revenues, in amounts acceptable to NHA and the Board.

The agreement continues through any Charter reauthorization or renewal periods. The Authorizer may require the School and NHA to submit an amended or restated agreement during reauthorization or renewal; amendments require Board approval and signatures from both parties.
