District Amends Health Benefits MOU With SDRMA

Ongoing participation in SDRMA/PRISM Health and/or Employee Benefits Small Group Program; withdrawal only effective December 31 following 120-day advance notice and 3-year waiting period for re-entry

MOU becomes effective on the later of the first date of coverage or final signature and continues unless terminated per the withdrawal provisions. ENTITY may withdraw effective December 31 of the year notice is received by giving written notice at least 120 days prior to January 1 of the subsequent calendar year, with the ability to rescind withdrawal by October 1. After withdrawal there is a three-year waiting period for re-entry subject to underwriting approval, and SDRMA may terminate if ENTITY fails to execute required amendments by the stated deadline.
