County extends and plans new Legg Lake water pact

Los Angeles County will extend its existing water production agreement with the California Department of Toxic Substances Control and the Main San Gabriel Basin Watermaster for discharging treated water into Legg Lake. The Parks and Recreation Director is also authorized to execute a new long-term three-party agreement once terms are finalized.
