Platform access is tied to the Service Term from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 and FTE billing commencing September 1, 2026. Fee rates automatically increase at the beginning of any Renewal Term by at least 5% or CPI change, and FTE service lines cannot be canceled in the first 90 days of the Service Term but may be canceled or reduced thereafter with 60 days’ written notice subject to pro-rated billing. Continuation beyond the initial term would require mutual agreement to a Renewal Term.
