The Village of Indiantown Council is asked to approve a $275,000 purchase contract with the Martin County Board of County Commissioners for CRA property at 16870 SW Charleston Street adjacent to the Village's multi-use athletic field. Funding will come from the Village's share of the County's one-half cent infrastructure sales tax, and the Village Manager would be authorized to complete all closing documents.
