Federal Fiscal Years 2027, 2028, and 2029, and thereafter until all CDBG, HOME, ESG, and program income funds are expended and activities completed; auto-renews for successive three-year Urban County qualification periods unless notice is given

Renewal

Initial term is FFYs 2027–2029, with automatic renewal for successive three-year Urban County qualification periods unless the City or County gives written notice of non-participation. The City cannot terminate or withdraw during an active qualification period, and its obligations continue until related HUD-funded activities and program income are fully expended and closed out.
