Initial three-year Urban County qualification period covers Federal Fiscal Years 2027–2029, with automatic renewal for the next three-year qualification period (Federal Fiscal Years 2030–2032) unless either the City or County provides written notice of non-participation by HUD’s specified deadline. Agreement remains in force until all related CDBG, HOME, ESG funds and program income are expended and closed out by HUD; parties must enter into annual subrecipient agreements for each fiscal year of participation.
