HCJDC VECHS criminal history access agreement

Renewal
Either HCJDC or the Qualified Entity may terminate services upon material breach or with six weeks prior written notice. HCJDC may immediately terminate if violations jeopardize access to federal criminal history information and may consider entering a new agreement once corrective actions are taken. The agreement is to be revalidated at least every three years or when the signatory departs the Qualified Entity.
