Siemens Certification Program Agreement Awaits School Execution

Two (2) years for SMSCP BASIC or three (3) years for Full SMSCP, commencing on the Effective Date; renewal terms of successive 12-month periods commencing October 1, subject to mutual agreement.

Upon expiration of the initial term, the parties may renew by mutual agreement for either three successive 12-month terms for the full SMSCP program or two successive 12-month terms for SMSCP BASIC. Renewal or movement from SMSCP BASIC to the full SMSCP is governed by a mutually agreed quote; either party may terminate for convenience with at least 60 days' written notice.
