The City of Geneva Council approved a 20‑year Intermunicipal Agreement with the Town of Fayette to accept and treat wastewater from Sewer District No. 1 through the City’s sanitary sewer and treatment system. The Town will build and operate its collection infrastructure to a City-approved connection point, while future rate and fee terms will be established in a separate extension agreement.
