Contract extends electric services till 2035

PMPA will extend the contractual arrangement between PMPA and its Participants for the delivery of electric services beyond the expiration of the current Catawba Project Power Sales Agreement. The renewal agreement will take effect on August 1, 2035, and will remain in place for 50 years.
