Description

The City of Issaquah continues its development partnership with KCHA, which is preparing to submit building permits in fall 2025 for the Trailhead project that includes the Opportunity Center space. Under the existing MOU, the City must decide by August 2025 whether to proceed or withdraw to avoid redesign costs for KCHA.
