Ellis County OEM Approves ASPCA Mutual Aid MOU

Ellis County Office of Emergency Management is entering into a Mutual Aid Agreement with the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals to provide animal welfare resources and mutual aid support during emergencies and disasters, including sheltering, feeding, transportation, and related services. The agreement is open-ended and may be terminated by either party with 15 days’ written notice, with each party funding its own activities unless otherwise agreed.
