Description
Barrington Public Schools entered into a five-year Transportation Services Agreement with First Student, Inc. starting July 1, 2026, to provide home-to-school, charter, and special education transportation at rates defined in Exhibit A. The contract includes fuel adjustment mechanisms, extensive safety and equipment requirements, and detailed performance and termination provisions through June 30, 2031.

Agreement may also be terminated for default following a 30-day cure period and subsequent 30-business-day termination notice.
