Agreement automatically renews annually unless Medina Valley ISD gives written notice of withdrawal by August 1, becoming effective June 30 with TEA approval. A refusal to execute revised agreements removes the district from the SSA; dissolution requires majority approval of all member boards and triggers proportional asset distribution.
