The GMACF agrees to fund $50,000 from the Milan Enrichment Fund and public donations to accomplish the inspection of the full building, preparation of a stabilization plan for the building, prepare a submission for having the Community House placed on the National Register of Historic Places, estimate costs of the stabilization plan, test the building for environmental hazards if warranted, and take initial steps for stabilization of the building should any funds remain.
