Tustin Extends Negotiations With Irvine Company for Legacy Development

The City of Tustin approved an amendment and extension of the Exclusive Negotiating Agreement with The Irvine Company LLC for the disposition and development of certain Tustin Legacy areas. The agreement is extended until March 31, 2025, with a possible 90-day further extension at the discretion of the City Manager.
