The 30-second brief

What it covers

The city is considering a request from Josie Wells for TIF funds for the back half of 101 Washington Square, with the lower quote from Blue Sky for about $75,000. The city's share would be $15,000. Part of this is to get a tax increment and roof improvements won't affect the value of the property.
