Two payments of $120,000 during the Development Period; reimbursement of County costs not to exceed $50,000; annual PILOT payment of $450,000 plus $1,500 per MW (AC) over 300 MW for ten years; one-time community payment of $125,000; optional $100,000 Deferral Payment

Ten-year Abatement Period and ten-year series of PILOT payments beginning on the earlier of January 1 of the first calendar year after COD or January 1 of the calendar year of the Notice of Abatement Commencement; automatic termination if Site Construction does not commence by the third anniversary of the Effective Date, extendable one year with Deferral Payment

The Abatement Period runs for ten full calendar years starting on the earlier of January 1 following COD or January 1 of the year of the Notice of Abatement Commencement and cannot extend beyond Year 10; agreement may terminate automatically if construction has not commenced by the third anniversary of the Effective Date, with a one-year extension available via a $100,000 Deferral Payment. Any modification or extension beyond these terms requires mutual written consent of both parties.
