The Sex Offender Management Board awarded the Scope 1 Victim Advocacy Training Initiative contract to the Colorado Coalition Against Sexual Assault to develop and deliver a standardized statewide Victim Representative training and support program funded by a one-time $100,000 Sex Offender Surcharge allocation. CCASA will create curriculum, technical assistance, and a sustainable support and mentoring network to strengthen victim advocacy in Community Supervision and Multidisciplinary Teams.
