ACE Esperanza Middle District Awards $176,000 Attendance Services Contract to School Innovations & Achievement (June 2023)

Three Year Contract with School Innovations and Achievement for Attention to Attendance Services. A2A provides the District with a basic attendance service that includes the following activities: Attendance management and analysis data, Notification of discretionary attendance and letter management of initial notification of truancy letters, Access to a web based software system that produces optional attendance letters to parents attendance, Messaging campaign to inform and educate parents and FMSD staff on specific communication strategies aimed at improving attendance across the district, K – 3 initiative focusing on students in the early years includes a multi-pronged messaging campaign to inform and educate parents of the importance of attendance in the Elementary years (K – 3) in order to reduce chronic absenteeism, Truancy Letters 1, 2, 3, Unexcused Absence – Conference Notification, Excessive Excused Letters 1, 2, Excused Absence - Conference Notification, Discretionary distance learning letters, Leadership campaign for informing and educating parents and students on importance of attendance.
