Delta And Hopkins Counties Sign PSAP Services MOU

Delta County entered into an MOU with Hopkins County effective July 8, 2025 for Hopkins County to provide interim 9-1-1 call-taking and dispatch services while Delta County maintains its PSAP as a staffed secondary facility. The agreement is indefinite and may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice, contingent on CSEC and ATCOG approval.
