DeKalb ISD approved an interlocal contract with Hubbard Independent School District for the 2026-2027 school year for education and transportation of Hubbard-resident high school transfer students. Hubbard ISD will pay tuition based on DeKalb ISD’s actual per-student costs or the state tuition limit, with special education tuition calculated on actual individual cost.
