Loyalist Township staff recommend awarding Tender 2026-01 for the County Road 2 (Main Street) reconstruction in Odessa to Fidelity Engineering & Construction Inc. for $5,757,934.90, with the Township responsible for approximately $2.46 million of the construction cost.
