Middlesex Centre to Provide Payroll & Financial Support

Middlesex County staff propose developing a service agreement under which the Municipality of Middlesex Centre will continue to provide payroll administration and collaborate with the County to deliver financial management services for the Middlesex OPP Detachment Board on a cost-recovery basis. The agreement will define responsibilities, costs, and reporting expectations among the Board, the County, and Middlesex Centre.
