This Task Order is subordinate to and governed by the existing Master CMAR Agreement between the City of Winter Haven and Wharton-Smith, Inc.; any future GMP and construction phase services would be added via contract amendment after City approval. Unused funds in the subsurface exploratory investigations allowance will be returned to the City at the end of preconstruction.
