Villa Rica amends speed enforcement contract with Blue Line Solutions

TECHNOLOGY

One-year term beginning on the date of the first Notice of Violation/Liability, with up to twenty (20) additional one-year extensions at the sole option of the City; automatically extended annually January 1–December 31

Initial term is one year from the first payable Notice of Violation/Liability, automatically extendable by the City for up to twenty additional one-year terms aligned to calendar years; either party may terminate at the end of any term with 60 days’ notice or during a term with 30 days’ notice, with multiple for-cause and legislative termination scenarios and a de facto termination fee of $1,500 per camera per remaining month in the current term.
