This action renews the skybridge term permit for a final 15-year term as contemplated under Ordinance 124099. Swedish Health Services must apply for any new permission at least one year before this ordinance expires; after expiration, obligations continue until removal and restoration are certified or a new ordinance is adopted. Annual use and occupation fees will be adjusted each year per the City’s term permit fee schedule or, absent a schedule, by CPI for the Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue area.
