The City of Puyallup Design Review & Historic Preservation Board is considering Community Healthcare’s proposed remodel of the Cannery building at 201 W Main, including stair replacement/enclosure, lighting, and siding infill to comply with Downtown Design Guidelines. Staff has recommended approval of one of several design options that maintain the building’s historic character while accommodating the healthcare use.
