Port Neches to consider collections counsel agreement

The City of Port Neches Council will consider approving an agreement with Linebarger, Goggan, Blair & Sampson, LLP to serve as Special Counsel for collection of unpaid fines, fees, and court costs pursuant to Article 103.0031 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure. The proposed agreement would authorize the Mayor to execute the contract on behalf of the City.
