City to Terminate Westchester Power CCA ESA Agreement

Peekskill will formally terminate its Energy Supply Agreement under the Westchester Power Community Choice Aggregation administered by Sustainable Westchester after the program ends in November 2025. A resolution will authorize the City Manager to execute the termination letter while residents continue to receive power from Con Edison or NYSEG.
