The planned Parma/Parma Heights Co-Responder Program will utilize master’s-level social workers provided by MetroHealth to respond to behavioral health, substance use, homelessness, and domestic conflict calls. MetroHealth will furnish clinical staff under the forthcoming intergovernmental MOU.
