Lowell, Lane County Set Covered Bridge Maintenance IGA

The City of Lowell and Lane County plan to enter an intergovernmental maintenance agreement effective August 1, 2026, under which Lane County will manage and fund most maintenance of the Lowell Covered Bridge Wayside and bridge, while Lowell provides custodial services and reimburses the County up to an annual amount for certain bridge repairs through July 31, 2031. The agreement allows for two additional five-year renewals by mutual consent.
