Kent’s Service Department is asking Council to approve a license agreement with Klaben Property Management, LLC to use a portion of City-owned land at 1238 West Main Street for additional stormwater management. The one-year agreement automatically renews and aligns private drainage improvements with the city’s Area Q detention basin.
