Keene Weighs Access Permit for Eversource Line Work

The City of Keene is considering a Temporary Access Permit allowing Public Service Company of New Hampshire d/b/a Eversource Energy to use the Class VI portion of Old Gilsum Road to access the L-163 transmission corridor for structure replacement work. The permit would run from August 1, 2026 through May 1, 2027 and requires Eversource to restore the roadway and any disturbed areas at its own expense.
