Fremont proposes to enter into an Indefeasible Right of Use Agreement with Astound Broadband LLC to form a public-private partnership that will expand internet access in underserved areas and provide operation and maintenance of the City’s fiber network. The agreement supports implementation of the Federal Funding Account Last Mile Broadband Project.
