This MOU remains in effect until IDOE announces NextGen SIG 2026 Cohort 6 recipients or, if awarded, until a separate formal services agreement for ongoing work is executed. Any future financial or service terms for planning and implementation phases will be defined in that subsequent agreement, and this MOU may be amended in writing by mutual consent.
