Three (3) years from Effective Date, terminable on 30 days’ notice

Initial MOU term of three years from the Effective Date, with option for extension by mutual written agreement; either party may terminate with thirty days’ written notice; automatically terminates if Ingleside’s proposed water supply project is abandoned.
