The City of Alvin will amend its Utility Services Contract to formally add KB Home Lone Star Inc. and a 128.53-acre tract to the agreement with Beazer Homes Texas, L.P. and Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 51. The Mayor is authorized to sign the amendment following legal review.
