Renewal
Section 4.5 provides that the Agreement shall automatically renew each school year unless terminated under paragraph 5.20. Either party may terminate without cause with at least 30 days’ written notice, or the School Board may terminate for breach if Phoenix fails to cure within 10 days after notice. Insurance coverage and public records obligations continue through any renewal terms.
