Renewal

Agreement terminates one year from the date of Substantial Completion unless otherwise expressly provided; construction phase services beyond 60 days after Substantial Completion may be treated and compensated as Additional Services. The contract may be suspended or terminated by either party under the conditions outlined in Article 9, including owner convenience termination with specified termination compensation.
