Renewal
Agreement term runs through completion of all incentive payments plus a three-year Investment Maintenance Period and a three-year Jobs Maintenance Period; no automatic renewals are described. Incentive obligation may be terminated upon specified Events of Default, including failure to invest at least 60% of the minimum investment, recurring job shortfalls, or insolvency/cessation of operations. After an investment default where more than 60% of the minimum investment is achieved and clawback is paid, grants may continue for Grant Years 5–10 on a reduced tax base and actual job performance.
