This is a one-time real estate purchase and sale agreement with inspection, title, and zoning contingencies. Buyer may request a single extension of up to 60 days for the comprehensive plan and zoning contingency deadline, subject to Seller consent, documented by written amendment. If contingencies are not met by the deadline (as extended, if applicable), the agreement terminates automatically and earnest money is returned as specified.
