CEC Amends Battery Technology Contract with Tyfast

The California Energy Commission will consider an amendment to agreement EPC-25-028 with Tyfast Energy Corp. to shift the project scope toward scaling up lithium vanadium oxide anode manufacturing for integration into third-party battery cells. The amendment does not change the overall CEC funding or match share and is recommended to be exempt from CEQA under Electric Program Investment Charge Funding.
