Elko County Considers C-PACE Program Administrator

Elko County considers an agreement with Sustainable Real Estate Solutions, Inc. to coordinate and administer the Elko County Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy Program (C-PACE). SRS will coordinate application intake, technical review, lender engagement, and compliance and monitoring, with no direct cost to the County.
