MACIA Terminates Façade Funding MOU With Foundation

The Michigan Avenue Corridor Improvement Authority formally terminated its Memorandum of Understanding with the Capital Region Community Foundation for funding façade improvements on the north side of the 2000 block of East Michigan Avenue. The termination follows the Foundation’s withdrawal as a contributing partner in January 2026.
